Dan was born in Sacramento but spent much of his childhood in small-town Minnesota. He returned to California in 1989. His first day working in the Bay Area was the day of the Loma Prieta earthquake, an unforgettable introduction to the city and region and his new home.

Before becoming a Realtor, Dan worked at Fidelity Title, where he gained valuable insight into the inner workings of real estate transactions and the San Francisco marketplace. That experience continues to shape his detail-oriented approach and ability to guide clients through every step of the process.

Since 2010, Dan has been the top-producing agent at San Francisco’s Opera Plaza, a unique Civic Center community offering a wide range of amenities, including 24-hour security, fitness facilities, a heated pool and spa, concierge services, and on-site management. He is proud to serve Opera Plaza residents, as well as buyers and sellers throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.
